ATA-NOLA Committees

AtaNola’s committees play a vital role in supporting our mission and day-to-day operations. Each committee brings together dedicated members who contribute their time, skills, and experience to strengthen our organization, serve the community, and support cultural, educational, and social initiatives across Louisiana.

Membership Development Committee

The Membership Development Committee focuses on growing and supporting AtaNola’s member community. This team manages membership outreach, maintains internal communication channels, and responds to member inquiries. They also welcome new members by providing essential information to help them stay informed, engaged, and connected with AtaNola.

Information Technology Committee

The Information Technology Committee manages and maintains AtaNola’s digital infrastructure. The team oversees the website, email systems, and internal databases, while also supporting digital tools and platforms used by the organization. By exploring new technologies, the committee ensures AtaNola remains efficient, connected, and digitally up to date.

Communication Committee

The Communication Committee oversees AtaNola’s public presence and messaging across all communication channels. This team manages social media platforms, official announcements, email communications, and community outreach. They also create written content and reports that keep members informed, engaged, and connected with AtaNola’s activities and initiatives.

Events Committee

The Events Committee plans and delivers AtaNola’s cultural, social, and community programs throughout the year. This includes national celebrations, cultural gatherings, fundraisers, and special commemorations. The team coordinates venues, logistics, programming, and volunteers to create meaningful events that bring the community together and reflect AtaNola’s values.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee oversees AtaNola’s financial planning and sustainability. The team manages budgeting, monitors income and expenses, and supports responsible financial decision-making. Election Committee
