President
Mrs.Meric K.Kazandag
Meriç Karapınar Kazandağ earned her dental degree from Hacettepe University and completed her postgraduate education at Yeditepe University, where she received a master’s degree in Operative Dentistry and a PhD in Endodontics. She also completed training in evidence-based dentistry at the University of Oxford. Awarded the title of Professor in 2019, Dr. Kazandağ has held several administrative and leadership roles, including Vice Dean, and has been actively involved in professional organizations such as the Istanbul Chamber of Dentists and the Turkish Endodontic Society. She is currently a faculty member at the LSUHSC School of Dentistry and practices clinically as an endodontist.
Secretary
Ms.Seda Balkaya
I completed my medical education at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine and specialized in pediatrics at Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital, followed by advanced training in Medical Genetics and Genomics at Yale School of Medicine. Currently serving within Ochsner Health, I am committed to supporting the association through organized communication, effective coordination, and clear documentation to help advance our shared mission and community engagement.
Treasurer
Mrs.Ozlem K. Cambazoglu
With a background in computer engineering and a master’s degree in Computer Science in the United States, I bring a strong analytical and data-driven perspective to this role. Currently working as an IS Data Consultant at Ochsner, my goal is to establish a transparent, well-organized, and digitally trackable financial structure for our association. Ensuring clear management of income and expenses, while strengthening donations and resource development efforts, remains a key priority.
